Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges. To cancel your order, please contact us at +91 7092339900 or email us at hello@celestialh2o.com with your order details.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the process will follow the refund policy.

Order Cancellation by CelestialH2O:

CelestialH2O reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests will be accepted under the following conditions, if reported within 7 days from the date of receipt:

The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Non-Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will not be issued for

Opened or used products (except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage).

Issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

Exchange Policy

Return Shipping

For approved returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For products requiring a power boost as part of the five-year durability guarantee, customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and fro from our service center. The necessary cost for the power boost will also have to be paid by the customer.
